Warranty & Returns


Most items come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.Make sure that it is packed properly so that the contents are protected by any possible shipping damage.


We DO NOT accept returns that are: 1. Not in it's original packaging. 2. Have no defect and have been in use by the buyer.


In the case of manufacturer defects, faults or shipping damage, we may accept the return without it's full original packaging depending on the individual case. We test ALL returned items for defects or faults. If you have returned an item to us under the category of faulty and it is NOT FAULTY when returned you will be notified immediately. In these cases you will then be given the option of arranging re-delivery of the item or a refund MINUS our original postage costs. 
However, we will NOT seek reimbursement for return postage costs. In ALL cases we will endeavor to eliminate false faulty claims where ever possible by providing detailed advice and instruction about the safe and correct operation of the item. Because of this, we appreciate any and all customer FEEDBACK about any issue you may have suffered with the item no matter how small.


Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. However, in some cases we may offer to pay for your postal costs in the event of item fault, picking error or shipping damage. Our customer services team will notify you if you are liable for postage charges if a return arrangement is made.
We do not cover extra charges such as Signed For, Recorded Delivery, Next Day services etc which are optional for your own peace of mind.


Please contact us BEFORE sending any return item back to us or opening a return case. We can then make the necessary arrangements to properly handle your return and help you further. Our customer services team will also provide you with a Returns Form (regardless of the reason for the return) to fill out and return with your package so that your return can be dealt with quickly and properly. 
It is important to note that if you do not do this, your return may be refused or may not be progressed further upon it's receipt as we are unable to locate the order and relevant correspondence. 


We DO accept returns if you have changed your mind. However, after 7 working days you will be liable for your own postage costs to return the item. Return of an unwanted order will also result in a refund MINUS the original postage costs of the item that we have already incurred.


If we receive an item returned to us by royal mail or courier because it was un-called for, we will contact the buyer immediately to re-arrange delivery. Buyers will be responsible for the postage costs of these re-deliveries.
